By creating an account, using the Studio, purchasing Portrait Credits or personalized products, or otherwise using primatailsportraits.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Your Account and Information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, checkout, and shipping information and for keeping access to your account secure. Please use an email address you can access, since email verification is part of account setup.

Portrait Credits

One Portrait Credit provides one custom portrait generation. Eligible customers may receive a complimentary credit after verifying their email under the current PrimaTails offer. PrimaTails also offers paid Portrait Credit packs when they are available in the Studio.

If a core portrait generation fails to complete, the reserved credit is restored to your account by the current credit system. See the Refund / Replacement Policy for more detail.

Complimentary First Portrait Offer

Eligible customers receive one complimentary first digital portrait generation under the current PrimaTails offer. The complimentary result is provided as a watermarked digital portrait preview in your PrimaTails account. Physical products, merchandise, and shipping are separate purchases. If a core portrait generation fails to complete, the current credit system restores the reserved credit to your account.

Your Photos

You may upload only photos and other content that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or violates another person’s privacy.

You give PrimaTails the limited permission needed to process, store, display to you, generate from, print, and fulfill your uploaded photos and submitted instructions for the portraits and products you request. This permission is for operating the requested service; it is not a separate marketing license.

Portrait Generation

PrimaTails uses AI-assisted image-generation technology to transform your pet photo and selected creative options into an artistic portrait. The result is intended to reflect your source material and selections, but it is an interpretation and may not reproduce every photographic detail exactly.

Please review the information and creative choices you submit before placing a physical-product order. Do not use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or security, or for unlawful purposes.

Purchases, Payments, and Personalized Products

Product availability and pricing are shown in the storefront. Payments are processed through Stripe secure checkout. Physical products are personalized and made to order through Printful after purchase and fulfillment handling. Shipping charges are calculated from the applicable cart and destination before checkout.

Personalized product purchases, order issues, and shipping are also subject to the Refund / Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these Terms changes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Using Your Portrait

PrimaTails permits customers to use portraits they purchase or create through their account for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal display and sharing. You may not resell the portrait, offer it as a commercial product or service, or present it as an official PrimaTails product unless PrimaTails separately authorizes that use. These practical permissions do not make a promise about exclusive copyright ownership of AI-assisted output.

Service Availability

PrimaTails may update the service, available products, and features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Changes will not alter a completed purchase retroactively.
