By creating an account, purchasing Portrait Credits or products, or otherwise using PrimaTails, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Your Photos

You may only upload photos and other content that you own or have permission to use.

By uploading a photo, you give PrimaTails permission to process that content as necessary to create portraits, product previews, digital files, and physical products requested through the service.

Portrait Generation

PrimaTails uses automated image-generation technology to transform uploaded pet photos into original portrait interpretations.

We work to preserve the recognizable characteristics of your pet, but creative generations may vary. Generated portraits are artistic interpretations and are not guaranteed to reproduce every feature of the source photograph exactly.

Portrait Credits

One Portrait Credit provides one custom portrait generation.

Purchased Portrait Credits are final sale except where required by law. If a core portrait generation fails to complete, the reserved credit is automatically restored.

Eligibility for complimentary credits is governed by the current PrimaTails offer and account rules.

Digital Portraits

Portraits created using purchased Portrait Credits include an eligible standard-resolution unwatermarked digital copy for personal, non-commercial use.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, digital portraits may not be resold, licensed commercially, used as merchandise for resale, or represented as official PrimaTails products created for commercial distribution.

Physical Products

Physical PrimaTails products are personalized and made to order. Product availability, pricing, shipping, returns, and order-issue policies are governed by the information presented on the site and the applicable Shipping and Returns pages.

Acceptable Use

You may not use PrimaTails to upload content you do not have permission to use, violate another person’s rights, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Service Availability

We work to keep PrimaTails available and functioning reliably, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features, products, pricing, and service functionality may evolve over time.

Changes will not alter completed purchases retroactively.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as PrimaTails evolves. The current version and its latest update date will be posted on this page.
