PrimaTails physical products are made to order using your selected portrait.

U.S. Shipping

At launch, physical orders ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping Cost

Physical orders have a flat $9.99 shipping charge per order, whether your cart contains one physical item or several.

Portrait Credit-only orders have no shipping charge. Mixed orders containing physical products and Portrait Credits are charged shipping once.

Production & Delivery

Because each physical product is personalized, it must be prepared before shipment. Delivery timing can vary based on production and carrier transit. Any estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Portrait Credits and eligible digital portrait downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Once a personalized order enters fulfillment, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Order Issues

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, contact PrimaTails support with your order number and any helpful photos so we can review the issue.
