PrimaTails Pet Portraits uses information to provide your account, create the portraits and products you request, process orders, and support the service. This policy explains the information involved in those activities.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use PrimaTails, this can include:

• Your name and email address, along with account and verification information.
• Pet names, species, portrait selections, and other instructions you submit.
• Pet photos you upload and the portrait, preview, or download files created for you.
• Portrait-generation history and Portrait Credit balance and ledger activity.
• Cart, checkout, and order information, including a shipping address for physical orders.
• Payment-related transaction information needed to record a completed purchase, such as payment status and payment-provider references.
• Messages you send through Contact / Support and technical information used to operate and secure the service.

PrimaTails does not store complete payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment-card information in secure checkout.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and deliver requested portraits, show your Studio and order history, provide Portrait Credits, calculate and fulfill physical orders, communicate about an order or support request, protect the service, and maintain required operational records.

Pet photos and related creative instructions are processed for the portrait-generation, preview, download, printing, and fulfillment features you request. PrimaTails does not use this policy to grant itself a separate marketing right to your pet photos or portraits.

Service Providers

PrimaTails relies on service providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by:

• Convex, for application data and file storage.
• OpenAI, to process requested AI-assisted portrait generation.
• Stripe, to provide secure payment checkout and payment processing.
• Printful, to produce and ship physical personalized products.
• Vercel and MadeThis, for storefront/platform infrastructure and platform services, including the current transactional-email proxy.

We share information with these providers only as needed for the relevant service. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Data Retention

The current product does not publish a fixed automatic deletion schedule. Account, portrait, order, and operational records may remain available while needed to provide the service, maintain transaction records, address disputes, or protect the service.

You can contact PrimaTails Support with questions about your account or personal information. We will review requests in light of the information we need to retain for completed transactions, service operation, security, or other legitimate purposes.
