What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is visible and in focus. A favorite everyday photo is perfect.
Will the portrait still look like my pet?
Yes. The persona changes the wardrobe, environment, artistic medium, and mood while keeping your pet’s defining features in view.
What is a Portrait Credit?
A Portrait Credit lets you create one personalized PrimaTails portrait in the Portrait Studio. Additional personas require another available credit.
Is the watermark printed on products?
No. Watermarks protect online previews only. Approved physical products are prepared without the preview watermark.
What does a Portrait Credit include?
One Portrait Credit creates one custom PrimaTails portrait. Your complimentary first portrait is provided as a watermarked preview. Portraits created with purchased credits include an unwatermarked standard-resolution digital copy for personal use. Physical products are sold separately.
What happens if portrait generation fails?
If the core portrait generation does not complete, the reserved Portrait Credit is restored automatically so you can try again.
